Today’s Chakra Tip of the Day is for the Sacral Chakra! With all the craziness of the holiday season we have to be even more diligent with our boundaries. Because our energy output is so high this time of year, if we’re not setting (and sticking to) our boundaries we are sure to be drained. So I’m giving you full permission to say no to the parties you don't want to go to, not buy presents for the people you don’t want to, and turn that cocktail if you don’t want to drink it - just kidding, always take the drink (that’s right, I’m that kind of friend)! Tune into this episode to hear all about the boundaries, for work and life, I’m setting to enjoy the most of this magical time of year!
