My Chakra Update:

I’m LOVING being home and I get to enjoy my space for a whole month and a half before I’m off again, how wild is that? I just got home from my mom’s wedding where I was the officiator so if you need an officiator for your wedding I’m your girl! But seriously this wedding was SO much fun and I am so happy for my mom and my new step dad.

Also I keep saying this, but seriously if you are not already following me on Insta, what are you doing? You’ve got to follow me now because some awesome brands are sending me stuff and I want to share it with you! So stay tuned for that!

We’re moving into a new season which in Raincouver means not so nice weather, but oh so nice clothes! Tune into this episode to hear what I’m excited for and how this season shift is helping me to shift into my highest self!

Chakra tip of the day:

I get LOTS of questions about how to make more money. One thing I can't with is budgeting or cutting back, that's not how I roll, I just believe in making more money! So there's a little meditation I like to do to expand your chakra receptors - chakras are both transmitters and receptor, that doesn't mean you shouldn’t have to hustle, it means that the vibration you feel about what you receive affects the vibration of the output.

Every time you receive your paycheck and if you just feel stressed when you get it because you have to pay bills with it, you're going to feel stressed when you spend, which actually creating more money blocks and bad vibes. A meditation I do is to imagine receiving through your left hand, imagine it passing through your heart, feel what it feels like in your heart, thank it, and then use those good vibes to output your vibes into the world through spending with happiness, working with high vibes, just putting out good vibes in general!! And picture the light betting bigger and bigger and circling around from your left hand to your right hand and scooping up all the things you want and receiving them through the left!! Seriously guys this is a game changer, you have to try it and see what I mean!
